Build Productive Habits
In my professional field as Alexander-Teacher I've come across of many ideas about habits and was told that we should avoid them at all costs. Sorry folks that's flat out wrong.
Habits may be a good thing. In order to produce ferociously and not break down in times of high workload we'll need to develop the discipline of building out strong positive habits.
Effective Productivity Tools
Without effective tools it's like running on a flat tire. You need to get to your destination (a.k.a. producing productively), but you'll break down because of the tear and wear of insufficient equipment or knowledge or both.
